Join us for an intimate, hands-on sourdough workshop where you’ll learn how to take your sourdough starter from bubbly beginnings to a beautiful, fresh baked loaf. In this 2-hour class, we’ll cover:

How to feed and maintain a sourdough starter
Mixing, shaping, and caring for your dough
Understanding bulk fermentation and proofing
Tips for baking the perfect loaf at home

And in between while I educate and we taste test things you will get to paint a beautiful wooden cutting board with the wonderful Lynn, owner of the art studio!!

Each participant will leave with:

✨ A jar of live sourdough starter

✨ Dough you mixed during class, ready to bake the next day (make sure you have a loaf pan or Dutch oven at home!)

✨ A printed recipe

✨ The confidence to bake your own sourdough at home
