Perfect after the shower

I use it at night on my underarms after I get out of the shower and then just put my deodorant cream on in the morning! My post partum smell is gone thanks to this, the deodorant cream, and the armpit detox!

Many uses

This spray has many uses and has proven to be very effective for me! My favorite use is for sleep. Since I’ve started using it I am falling asleep faster and sleeping much more peacefully.

Love this magnesium spray

I've been using the magnesium spray for a few months now. I really love it. I spray it on my armpits before putting on deodorant (be sure to omit this on shave days. I learned the hard way, lol!) I also spray it on the back of my neck and back of my legs before going to bed. It really helps me sleep. I occasionally spray it on aches and pains. Great product!

I think this in addition with the cream Deodorant has helped me sooo much! Being someone who's diet is fairly healthy (lots of onions and garlic lol) this i believe has also helped my kiddos sleep much better!
